Shipping policy

 

All of our packages ship from Canada where our items are made and warehoused.  

 

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 (in local currency based on shipping destination, before taxes and after discounts are applied) 

Orders under $100 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $12 within Canada and to the Continental US.

• We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or any Armed Forces Reserves.

 

OTHER SHIPPING DETAILS

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of placing an order but the turnaround time may be delayed during holiday and sale periods.
• Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.
• All shipments to Canada and the US are duty- and tax-free under the Canada–US–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA), with no extra costs to you.
• Shipment confirmation and tracking numbers are sent after the order is processed for shipping.
• At this time, we are not offering International Shipping but hope to do so soon!
